The BE ONE rent as set out in the draft contract includes rent, utilities, services and the amenities you select. Therefore you won’t be surprised by any additional bills, arrears or other hidden charges later.
At least 2 weeks before the start of the tenancy, we will send you an email requesting payment of the 1-month security deposit and the first rental fee. If you choose to pay the rent by credit card, we will do a pre-authorization and you do not have to pay the deposit.
You will always pay your rent 1 month in advance based on the invoice we send you in the email with the option to pay by card through the payment gateway – it doesn’t get any easier than that.
You can always find an overview of paid and unpaid invoices in your customer profile.
