We do not currently have parking spaces available, however we are working on an underground parking garage option which should be available shortly. If you are interested in a parking space, we can arrange parking in a nearby garage.

We are also preparing secure bicycle parking in the underground garage of the Metropol building.

You can subscribe to pay TV or another service of your choice in the apartments. A full range of paid channels and Netflix are available in the community area.

Use of the community kitchen is available to all tenants without restriction. The kitchen will be cleaned by a cleaning company, but we rely on the courtesy and consideration of the tenants in its use and cleaning. If you would like to hold your own event or party in the kitchen, please let our House Manager know in advance.

The community space is available to all tenants, so we rely on the courtesy and consideration of our tenants when using it. In the common area, it is necessary to respect good manners and keep quiet during the night hours. For security purposes, the community areas and the laundry room are monitored by CCTV.

Each apartment is fully furnished. Adding your own furnishings or favourite piece of furniture to the apartment is possible with our prior approval only. Decorating the apartment is allowed in accordance with the house rules.

Short-term sleepovers are not a problem. Housing two people in the apartments is allowed for a modest fee of 50 euros with our prior approval. However, please note that the SOLO and COMPACT apartments have a bed width of 140 cm.

Washing machines and dryers are at your disposal at any time, we even offer a promotion for first tenants – laundry/dryer 4 times a month free of charge. To avoid unnecessary waiting, it is better to enter your laundry time slot in advance in the shared calendar. The apartments are not ready to install washing machine.

Utilities and services are included in the rent to the extent of reasonable consumption corresponding to the size of the apartment and the number of people. If you overuse the services and behave wastefully, we have the right to charge you for the excess consumption.

You can sign a contract with us for a period of between 3 and 12 months with subsequent renewal. Should you have a reason to end your contract early, we will assess your reasons individually and work out the terms of early termination with you.

We have reserved some apartments for smaller dogs. Accommodation with a dog is only possible with our prior consent and for a small fee according to the current price list.

Depending on the circumstances and availability of the apartments, moving to another apartment is possible during the term of the contract.

The COMFORT and DUO apartments have a 2x80cm bed that can be split, so it can be used by two people who are not a couple.

Both the communal area and the apartments are air-conditioned. (availability during summer 2024)
