We will have the apartment ready for you on the agreed start date, including the services and products you ordered when you booked it.
Our manager will hand over the apartment to you in person at the agreed time and sign an online handover report with you, including photographs of the condition of the apartment at the time of handover.
We will provide you with an electronic code that will allow you keyless access to the building and your apartment for the duration of the rental.
You will always pay your rent 1 month in advance based on the invoice we send you in the email with the option to pay by cardYou are allowed to use the apartment, including the shared spaces (community kitchen, coworking space, laundry room, and summer patio) without restriction for the duration of your contract. The rules for the use of the apartment and common areas can be found in the terms and conditions, which you will become familiar with at the time of signing the rental agreement. through the payment gateway – it doesn’t get any easier than that.
