I’ve been living here for over a year, and I’d recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment in downtown Bratislava. The location is second to none, everything, from work to top attractions, is within walking distance. The apartment itself is super cozy and fully furnished, including kitchenware and AC, so you can just move in with your personal belongings. Each unit has its own private kitchen, but there’s also a big common area with a shared kitchen that’s great for hosting. On top of that, it’s pet friendly for small pets.
Ermanno and his team are fantastic hosts. They act quickly on any request and constantly work to make the place feel like home. I highly recommend staying here!

I stayed in a Comfort apartment for three months and a half.

The apartments are very well designed and almost exactly how you see them in the website picture's, and Ermanno & Jozef are always available to help deal with any problems that might emerge during your stay. I had a great time at BeOne and would definitely recommend!

Ho soggiornato nel Loft per due mesi e mi sono trovata bene. La posizione è ottima: si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città e dal centro commerciale Nivy. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e un parco. L’aeroporto e la stazione ferroviaria sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici.
Le persone di riferimento sono sempre state molto disponibili e gentili, pronte ad intervenire in caso di bisogno.
L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Le lavatrici e le asciugatrici in comune sono in ottime condizioni, così come la cucina principale, funzionale e ben tenuta.

An amazing place to stay if you work or study in Bratislava, my experience was perfect and it really felt like home for 5 months. Really complete and attentive  service; Jozef and Ermanno were always there to help, which I really appreciated. Apartments are brand new, warm and they include everything you need in the daily life. Really close to a big supermarket and a mall, I walked almost everywhere from there.
